Michael Jackson and Dave Chappelle Continue to Expose Hollywood Corruption

Wow.Dave Chappelle really just went there, again.

In his latest stand-up special with Netflixcalled Sticks & Stones, the 46-year-old comedian defended Michael Jackson against the sexual abuse allegations made in the HBO's controversial documentary, Leaving Neverland. The star also revealed why he didn't participate in the R. Kelly docuseries, his thoughts on Kevin Hart apologizing to the LBGT community, and more.

As you'll recall, the four-part series detailed how survivorsWade Robson andJames Safechuck were groomed and manipulated by the King of Pop into having sexual relationships with him, how the alleged abuse followed each boy well into adulthood, and offered an explanation as to why both testified that they were not abused before changing their story.

Although Chappelle remained silent when the doc premiered back in March, he's got more than a few choice words for MJ's accusers now. Within the first 20 minutes of his bit, Dave said:

"I'm gonna say something that I'm not allowed to say, but I gotta be real. I don't believe these motherf**kers. I do not believe it. But let me qualify the statement. I am what's known on the streets as a victim blamer. You know what I mean? If someone came up to me like, 'Dave, Dave, Chris Brown just beat up Rihanna.' I'd be like, 'Well, what did she do?' 'Dave, Michael Jackson is molesting children!' 'Well, what were those kids wearing at the time?' I don't think he did it."

The comic doubled down on his stance as a "victim blamer" as he continued (below):

"I don't think he did it, but you know what? Even if he did do it… you know what I mean? I mean, it's Michael Jackson. I know more than half the people in this room have been molested in their lives, but it wasn't no goddamn Michael Jackson, was it? This kid got his d**k sucked by the King of Pop. All we get is awkward Thanksgivings for the rest of our lives. You know how good it must have felt to go to school the next day after that s**t? I know it seems harsh, but somebody's gotta teach these kids. No such thing as a free trip to Hawaii. He's going to want to look at your butthole or something."

Excuse us while we vomit.

If we're being honest, there are more than enough cringeworthy points brought up throughout the 65-minute comedic rant to make your head spin, but this is undoubtedly the worst of the bunch (above).

Chappelle then spoke about Kelly — who's facing a slew of both federal and state charges on alleged sex crimes relating to minors, among other things — and noted how the R&B singer was "different" than Jackson because the comic believes, "he did that s**t."

In regards to why he didn't agree to take part in Lifetime'sSurviving R. Kelly series, Dave said:

"I don't know this n***a at all. I don't know anything."

The infamous funnyman also took a moment to defend Hart, referencing when the actor issued an apology for past offensive tweets after being poached to host the Oscars. Giving his two cents on that whole fiasco, too, he shared:

"I don't know what you know about Kevin, but I know that Kevin Hart is damn-near perfect. As close to perfect as anybody I've ever seen. In fact, Kevin is precisely four tweets shy of being perfect."

As you surely know by now, the Academy ended up passing on theJumanji actor and moved forward with the 91st annualAcademy Awardswithout an official host. And, it sounds like Chappelle is still bitter for his friend!

Sigh.

This is hardly the first time the star has courted controversy. In fact, his entire brand is predicated on his unapologetic humor. But, in the era of what he acknowledged as "cancel culture," did Dave finally go too far with his latest claims? Will he now join his buddy MJ amongst the most disgraced figures in Hollywood?

We want to hear from YOU, Perezcious readers. Thoughts??
